What we do
From a single leak to a full replacement — every job gets proper prep, rated materials, and a written price before we start. Here is exactly what that looks like.
On the roof
New Home Roofing Inc is a licensed Florida contractor based in Tampa. We replace, repair and document storm damage. The quote you sign is the job we run — not a bait price that grows once the tear-off starts.
Full tear-off and replacement with rated shingles, tile or metal. We strip to the deck, fix soft spots, and install a system built for Florida heat, rain and wind.
Hurricane and hail damage documented the way insurers actually review claims. We photograph, measure and meet the adjuster so you are not stuck arguing over missing shingles.
How insurance claims workLeaks, missing shingles, bad flashing and soft spots fixed before they travel into the deck and the ceiling. Small jobs get the same prep as a full roof.
A walk of the whole roof before storm season — or before you buy a house. You get photos, a punch list and a straight note on what can wait.
How we work
1
We walk the roof and the attic, take photos, and tell you what is actually wrong — not a canned upsell.
2
You get the scope and the number in writing before anyone orders materials. No surprise extras on install day.
3
The crew that quoted you is the crew on the roof. We protect the yard, pull permits when needed, and work clean.
4
We walk it with you, haul the debris, and leave warranty paperwork. If something is off, we come back.
Free inspection and a straight answer — no obligation.
